Helpful tool, room for improvement
This workbook is a helpful resource, offering a good range of exercises and prompts. The CBT section, in particular, felt well-structured and easy to follow. However, I found some of the worksheets repetitive and lacking in variation. The overall layout could also be improved; it feels a bit cluttered in places. While it's a comprehensive collection, it would benefit from more visual aids or varied activity types to maintain engagement. For the price, I expected a bit more polish. It's a useful starting point, but it's not a replacement for professional therapy.
