Helpful resource, some minor flaws
I found this workbook series to be a helpful resource in processing some difficult experiences. The exercises were well-structured and easy to follow, particularly the CBT sections. The sheer volume of worksheets was a major plus, giving me plenty of options to explore different approaches. However, some of the worksheets felt repetitive, and a few lacked clear instructions. Also, while aimed at both adults and teens, I felt the language and approach leaned more heavily towards an adult audience, which might make it less effective for younger users. Overall, a valuable tool, but could benefit from some streamlining and clarification.
