Helpful resource, some minor flaws
This workbook offers a lot of helpful exercises and prompts. I found the CBT section particularly useful for identifying and challenging negative thought patterns. The layout is a little cluttered in places, and some of the instructions could be clearer. Also, while it claims to be suitable for teens, some of the language and concepts might be too advanced for younger adolescents. Overall, it's a good value for the price, but it could benefit from a little refinement.
