Helpful resource, some minor flaws
This workbook offers a lot of helpful exercises and information, particularly the CBT sections. I found the layout easy to follow, and the variety of activities kept me engaged. However, some of the explanations felt a little simplistic, and I wish there were more in-depth discussions of certain topics. The quality of the printing is fine for a digital download, but the font size could be slightly larger for easier reading. Overall, it's a decent resource, especially for the price, but it's not a replacement for professional therapy.
