Helpful resource, some minor issues
This workbook offers a lot of helpful exercises and worksheets. The CBT section for teens is particularly well-done and easy to understand. However, some of the worksheets felt repetitive, and the layout could be improved for better readability. The printing quality was fine when I printed them out, though. Overall, it's a good value for the price, especially considering the number of pages included. I just wish there was more variety in the exercises.
