Helpful resource, room for improvement
This workbook offers a lot of helpful exercises and prompts. I found the CBT sections particularly useful for identifying and challenging negative thought patterns. The sheer volume of pages is impressive, providing a wide range of activities to choose from. However, the layout could be improved; some pages felt cluttered and overwhelming. Also, while it covers a broad range of topics, a more detailed explanation of certain techniques would be beneficial for those new to this type of therapy. Despite these minor drawbacks, it's a valuable resource, especially for the price.
